Return, Exchange Order
Original receipt must be presented for return or exchange. Should you receive an incorrect or faulty product please contact us by email email@example.com within 7 days when item is received. Once you have received our confirmation, simply return the item to our Causeway Bay store or mail to us at the following address:

After we have received your returned goods in correct order, the refund amount will be returned to your credit card account within 60 days. Note: For PPS & Alipay, these will be refunded within 8 to 10 weeks.
In order to aid in the return process, please also keep the original shipping package. Shipping charges will only be refunded in the case that hmv Hong Kong Online was at fault. If you changed your mind about your purchase or incorrectly ordered the wrong title, all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
hmv reserves the right to reject a return or exchange from customer should any of the above conditions are not met or if we consider there to have been an excessive number of returns from the customer.
Items for return/ exchange must be unworn, with tags still attached, unopened and/ or unused. Items that are non-refundable/ exchangeable include: tickets, gift vouchers, food and beverages. For more information, please contact our store staff or call us.
Cancelling Your Order
Your order can be cancelled before your order is shipped. Once the order has been placed, you can login and follow the instruction to cancel your order. You can also contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your order.
